The WorkAbility Group ("we," "us," "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. This policy explains what information we collect through workabilitygroup.org, how we use it, and the choices you have. We only use your information to operate our mission and to stay in touch with you — we never sell it.

When you fill out our "Stay connected" form or email us, we collect what you choose to share, which may include:
- Your name and email address;
- Your phone number (optional);
- The interests you select (e.g., email updates, volunteering, or adding a family member to our interest list);
- Any note or message you add.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity, which use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as the pages you view, your device and browser type, approximate location, and on-page interactions. This data is aggregated and is not used to personally identify you.
Donations
Donations are processed securely by PayPal. We do not collect or store your payment card or bank details — PayPal handles all payment information under its own privacy policy.

- To coordinate volunteering or interest-list requests;
- To understand and improve how our website works;
- To acknowledge and steward donations.
How we share information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only with the service providers that help us operate — such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, PayPal, and our email and hosting providers — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
Cookies & your choices
You can control cookies through your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics specifically, you can install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To stop receiving emails from us, reply to any message asking to unsubscribe, or contact us at the address below.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, or until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've shared with us. To make a request, email info@workabilitygroup.org and we'll respond as promptly as we can.
Children's privacy
Our website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. If you add a family member to our interest list, you are responsible for the information you choose to share with us.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the "Last updated" date above.
